Blue Odysea Overview
Blue Odysea takes you on a serene encounter with a state of mindfulness, where you explore your innate freediving abilities and become more aware of your physical, mental and emotional state. Through simple and easy holistic practices in water and on land, you learn to focus your attention on your immediate experience, and start to release tensions kept within yourself so you can experience a natural state of fluidity. Blue Odysea provides Freediving experiences that connect people to the underwater world, by connecting them first to their own body and mind. Founded by National Record holder and “BBC 100 most inspiring women” Raghda Ezzeldin, and outdoors experience and Mindfulness expert Ahmed Soliman, who previously founded Egypt Freedivers and introduced many people to the sport through Freediving trips and training camps. Their combined efforts have greatly supported the growth of the sport in Egypt, and now they hope to widen their scope and apply Freediving as a tool to provide eye opening experiences aimed at spreading a nature-connected and mindful world view.
