Blunt Force is an Austin-based live electronic music group consisting of Brian Gustafson and Deniz Baykal. The duo brings a high-energy performance to the stage, combining live instruments and hard hitting bass. Their sets vary in both style and tempo, leaving no genre untouched.
Having played alongside artists such as Savoy, Break Science, Opiuo, Manic Focus, and The Floozies, Blunt Force has quickly risen as an up and coming live electronic music act. Just weeks after graduating college in the Winter of 2016, the duo packed their bags and headed off on their first tour, hitting 18 cities across the U.S. In the Fall of 2016, the pair landed themselves a spot on The Odyssey tour supporting All Good Records artist, Sunsquabi. Finally, in the Spring of 2017, the duo embarked on the Alone With You Tour with Bass Physics, hitting 15 Midwest cities and selling out a few massive venues, such as the famous Boulder Theater.
The duo has racked up multiple appearances at Euphoria Music Festival, Wakarusa, and many more. Blunt Force made their Alaska debut last summer at Euphoria Festival - Denali.
