Born in Curitiba, a cultural melting pot of immigrants from around the world, Regina learned to explore and appreciate a fusion of flavors from an early age. From her earliest memories in her grandmother’s kitchen to cooking schools in both the States and the United Kingdom, her culinary education has been rich and varied. Now, blending both culinary and artistic worlds, the Blushing Berry gives this culinary legacy new life and promises to delight with every bite.
