We are a regionally focused firm providing our clients with exceptional results through proven market driven operating strategies carried out by talented, experienced professionals. BLVD manages over 150 properties consisting of approximately 11,000 units throughout Northern California. We manage properties as large as 417 units and as small as 4 units. We are active in the Greater Bay Area, San Francisco, Marin County, Sonoma County, Sacramento, Monterey and Reno, NV. Our client base consists of private investors, many of whom have retained BLVD as their management company for over 30 years.
