BM Holding is an investment group that specializes in the international energy industry. BM Holding deals with the establishment, purchase, mergence and management of various companies in the downstream of oil products, including high tech companies which specialize in energy related technologies.
The group comprises three subsidiary companies which deal with its investments:
EDM – deals with investment in energy related companies in Israel and abroad. The company owns a number of subsidiaries which deal with traditional energy resources, as well as companies which are developing novel and progressive technologies in the fields of fuel and gas.
BOSEM – deals with real estate investment and owns various sites including a number of petrol stations around the world. Two companies operate within the framework of this company: Shachevitz and Tishbachot.
BAMOT – deals with financial investments in stocks and various companies.
BM Holding is under the ownership of Mr. Moudi Ben Shach who previously worked as the CEO of PAZ, the leading energy company in Israel.
