Bo's Baking Company was founded to bridge the gap between excellent tasting and visually appealing baked goods. We sampled every bakery in our market and found that the bakeries with delicious desserts just didn't offer decorating techniques that would provide customers with enough of a "wow factor" for their special occasions. On the reverse, the bakeries known for their custom designs seemed to sell dry baked goods and/or products without taste.
All of this taste-testing had us asking ourselves: why should customers have to choose between taste and visual appeal? They shouldn't have to! And that's how Bo's Baking Company was born. Our promises: to only use European butter, never use shortening, make our decorations 100% edible, and make all of our yummy treats from scratch.
