That's why we developed the BNM System, where you get a 1-on-1 initial assessment and customized training program, complete with hands-on coaching in an intimate training environment.
We offer 1-on-1 personal training and small-group personal training.Our 1-on-1 training services are a perfect fit for those who are new to training or desire a little more individual attention.Our small-group training packs our individualized training approach and attention to detail into a small-group (2-6 people per session) setting.
