Our Physiotherapy / Sports Injury service offers a full hands-on, evidence based, approach to everything from acute injury to chronic conditions. We have quick access to all investigations from plain X-Ray to MRI scans and direct appointments with various Orthopaedic Consultants, ensuring swift and accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plans.
In conjunction with our Health Clinic, our BodyZone Performance Studio provides the perfect non-judgemental, supportive environment for you to increase your aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence, by participating in small group Personal Training sessions.
Working this way facilitates your Optimal Health, allowing you to improve performance in all aspects of your life whether it’s sport, work, family, or relationship based.
Our owner Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness industry, spending 20 years working in Professional Football as a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Sports Scientist and Performance Manager. He has gained a vast amount of knowledge working with elite athletes, and some of the best Consultants, Psychologists and GP’s and medical staff in the UK and abroad, and now brings that knowledge and experience to Bodywise Health & Performance.
Because we are passionate about what we do, we continue our own Professional Development by staying to up to date with the latest, relevant, peer reviewed scientific research, ensuring we deliver the best evidence-based service you deserve.
