Passionate about Indo-Srilankan cuisine but also that of the world through his many travels, Anoj Sivanesan creates a "Fusion" culinary art in the image of colorful street culture.
Having grown up watching his father of Tamil origin concoct tasty dishes, he developed a taste for cooking very early on. In addition, the discovery of Indian street food led him to train at the restaurant "Le Palais de Krishnaa" in Paris 13th. It was from this personal experience that he drew inspiration to create Bolly Street.
