Welcome to Dallas’ premier Online Bone-In Butcher Shop. We offer artisinal craftsmanship of our cut proteins, not found on the retail level and typically not available to consumers. Our cutting goes beyond just custom cutting that you have available at your local butcher shop.
We offer an artisan beef that redefines Prime, Premier Choice, Wagyu and Grass Fed beef with unmatched taste and flavor. Our uncompromised commitment to maintaining superior quality, out-standing marbling, and tight specification enhances your beef eating experience!
We custom cut our meat based on demand, which is why we require a 4-7 day lead time. All of our beef is wet aged 28-days, and sealed for freshness in thick milled, high density cryovac bags, and can be purchased whole or cut to order with a 4-7 day lead time. There are an additional 14-days of shelf life available, before it must be consumed or frozen.
