Bonsen Electronics Ltd was established in 2005, we are a professional manufacture of electric kitchen & office appliance integrating development and production together. The main products include vacuum sealers, stand mixers, pasta makers, paper shredders, laminators and electric pencils etc.
The location of our company is in Dongguan City, Guangdong province, China, where it is very convenient for the transportation access. Our company covers an area of 5,000 m² and has 1,200 skilled staffs. The production system is capable to deliver around 5 million quality products per year. Besides, we also have an injection and painting workshop with 56 injection machines, over 32 production lines. Our factory has been certified by ISO9001: 2008 and BSCI.
As factory quality control system has been developed and kept improving, our product liability evaluation laboratory is now equipped with over 40 sets of advanced testing equipment and it is responsible for the new products’ evaluation, such as basic performance, technical features, EMC, RoHS, special requirements etc. QC staffs are involved in the whole process of production to ensure every product comply with the requirements from our customers.
