Bopiz is a young and innovative entrepreneurial project that is born from the passion for Italian gastronomy combined with that of Spanish culture and is developed in the desire to merge these two elements in a culinary product that contains two of the most famous typical products of both. nations: the sandwich and the pizza. Everything can be summed up as the new love story between the sandwich and the pizza, or the BOPIZ. Bopiz is a new concept of Pizza, in fact it can be consumed both as a sandwich, the BO, which embodies the unmistakable and genuine flavor of Neapolitan pizza, like a pizza but with an innovative and practical way of eating, reminiscent of Bocadillo, PIZ Thanks to the long fermentation process of the dough, Bopiz is light and highly digestible, while double cooking gives it the necessary crispiness. In addition to Bopiz, the sale of another product designed as an alternative to French fries will be introduced: I CHURROS DE PIZZA. Also created with pizza dough that is however fried in the form of sticks and served with sauces inspired by the most traditional sauces of Italian cuisine (pesto and burrata, cheese and pepper, just to name a few)
