In a major new Interreg research project, researchers at Mid Sweden University, the Norwegian Nord University and Dronning Maud Minne University College will seek solutions to the teacher shortage.
The main objective of the project is to create conditions for cross-border cooperation for a stronger border region between municipalities, teachers, higher education institutions and student teachers in order to reverse the trend regarding the problem of recruiting and retaining teachers and student teachers in the NGB
