At Boreal Adventure Sailing AG we are dedicated to bringing small guest groups to experience the bewildering Arctic region. We do it by the hands of an exceptional team led by world class skipper Lionel Lemonchois and from the perspective of a very special sailboat. OUR CORE ACTIVITIES Sail & Ski: Ski mountaineering above the Arctic Circle in the Lyngen Alps and the Svalbard archipelago. Sail & Explore: Sailing and exploring Svalbard and Greenland. High Latitude Offshore Sailing Experience: France - Norway - Svalbard Greenland - France passages. HERE'S WHY WE DELIVER OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCES An exceptional team, well-prepared and integrated: Co-founder and skipper Lionel Lemonchois working together with our professional IFMGA mountain guides Brian Farquharson and Daniel Schliefsteiner (each with over 10-year experience in the regions we operate, including sail & ski operations). A high-end sailboat: State-of-the-art 22-meter (73 feet) aluminum sloop, built by GARCIA shipyard, famed for their exploration sailboats. She is designed for unlimited range passages and thoroughly equipped for our high-latitude and outdoor activities. Certified as merchant vessel, she is highly comfortable, fast and autonomous, optimized for energy efficiency. Small groups, limited to 6 guests: Exclusivity, personalized attention from the crew and flexibility in the choice of landings and exploration areas. Coupled with the high level of autonomy of the vessel, the limited number of guests allows for unhindered use of onboard utilities. High comfort and attention to detail: Accommodation in double-berth cabins, each with en-suite individual restrooms and showers, heating, lighting and power supply. Large deck saloon for 360 views on the surrounding nature. Our onboard Chef and First Mate offers a memorable culinary experience and pleasant attention to guests.
