In many of Jordan's communities, potential is everywhere. Exposure is not.
Bosala (بوصلة) is here to bridge that gap.
Our mission is to give Jordanian youth a compass, not a map, to build a life of meaning through personal responsibility and intellectual curiosity. We do this through immersive, free, one-day "exposure" workshops designed to spark curiosity and introduce new worlds of possibility.
Our curriculum is built on four key journeys of discovery:
- 🧭 Who Am I? — The Journey of Self-Discovery
Exploring psychology, philosophy, and purpose to build a strong inner foundation.
- 💡 What Can I Build? — The Journey of Creation
Hands-on workshops in technology, AI, and business to turn ideas into reality.
- 🌱 How Do I Thrive? — The Journey of Resilience
Actionable strategies for well-being, from mental fortitude to emotional intelligence (EQ).
- 🗣️ How Do I Connect? — The Journey of Influence
Mastering the arts of communication, storytelling, and building a professional brand.
