A bottled cocktail business based in Cambridge launched in 2016 to provide a cocktail solution exclusively for the On Trade. Customers Proud to supply a number of high profile hotels, theatres, spas, events spaces and restaurants. The Cocktails Our mission is to create professionally made cocktails that can be served quickly (less than a minute) and consistently. They provide trade owners with greater stock control, less stock holding, minimal training for bar tenders (30 minutes) and perfectly balanced and consistent cocktails. We do not use additives, preservatives and the cocktails are allergen free. The cocktails still have to be shaken, stirred or "built" so the theatre of a cocktail serve is not lost on the consumer. Range All cocktails come in single serve bottles and in 70cl bottles with new Eco Friendly Paper bottles added for a limited number of cocktails in 2022. The range includes a mixture of standard cocktails (eg Espresso Martini, Mojito, Porn Star Martini & Old Fashioned); Bottleproof creations and bespoke cocktails. Awards 22 Awards to date, including 6 Gold Awards. Service We are keen advocates of staff training and are delighted to provide this to all our customers. We prefer to offer support on a bespoke rather than 'off the peg' basis but frequently provide garnishes, cocktail lists and glassware.
