Founded in 1747, in the heart of the Sarthe valley by Jean Loiseau we are the oldest earthenware company still in operation in Malicorne.
Today our craftsmen continue to handcraft and hand paint our products in much the same way as it has been done for over 270 years. In preserving French heritage, our historical traditions and ancestral techniques, we create heirloom pieces both classic and contemporary, that will be enjoyed by generations to come.
We have a long and distinguished history of creating bespoke commission, from our first clients – the aristocratic owners of the chateaux in the area surrounding Malicorne.
We continue this tradition today, taking inspiration from our extensive archives that date back to 1747 or working closely with clients to develop bespoke designs that will complement a particular environment or event.
We work extensively with event and wedding designers and luxury interior design consultants who specialise in private residences for high-net-worth individuals.
