NGO’s), start-ups and independent freelancers exactly what “consulting” meant no too long ago: expert professionals who can provide the client with information, orientation, feedback and advice on a specific issue at a specific point in time. At BC we part from the basis that our customers know their company, their resources, their markets and their objectives best. Often they are looking for an outside view for a concrete project, usually partially or even completely out of their comfort zone, out of their core competence. Yet, the customer more often than not only requires the external feedback at a specific moment during a project. At this specific moment – and only then – BC provides the customer with the outside expertise he was looking for.
