They are well crafted by our experienced and highly driven chefs, whose sole mission is to ensure that they deliver quality food that will make the customer smile.
With this, our menu appeals greatly to clients stemming from different ethnicities.
Our Head Chef Jin, also the founder of Bowl Chap, amassed his wealth of experience in the culinary field from his time at an Asia Best 50 Restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and a Latin American restaurant, where he was appointed as the Chef De Cuisine.
From there, he experimented with different ingredients and spices.
Finally, after much trial and error, Bowl Chap's All-Time Favourite were born:
