Bowman’s Works, Inc has a history of providing professional concrete construction services since our inception in 1988. From offices in Tennessee, we have served customers across the United States working in over 30 different states. We provide turnkey concrete construction services as a subcontractor or as a contractor working directly with the owner. From office and retail to distribution and manufacturing, the Bowman name is associated with dependable, timely and cost-effective concrete construction services specializing in Tilt-up Panels, Slabs, Foundations, and Heavy Industrial Equipment Concrete/Foundations. “Safety is second to none” is the atmosphere that all of our employees work in on a daily basis. With a staff corporate safety director, mandatory safety training, and continuing education/training for all employees our safety record is one of the best in our industry. We have implemented safety programs that reward all site employees, from superintendents down to the laborers, for their achievements in meeting our goals. Our current EMR is 0.60. Project delivery often depends upon aggressive schedules, creative phasing, and resource management. Bowman’s Works, as evidenced by our growing list of repeat clients, has successfully met these challenges over many years. Every job, regardless of size, is self-performed by the Bowman team with a high level of dedication and professionalism. By utilizing the latest technologies coupled with the expertise of our team members, we produce work that is known for its consistency and value. We own a range of equipment including laser screeds, topping spreaders, total station surveying equipment, Soff Cut saws, and ride-on troweling machines. This equipment enables our team to provide you with high-value consistent quality outcomes. Bowman’s Works has thirteen field superintendents and employs over 180 people company wide.
