Erick Bennett and David Panfil founded Bennett-Panfil, Inc. (BPI) in 2021. In 2022, BPI acquired the assets of Strayer Surveying & Mapping. Strayer Surveying was established in 1987 as Leslie, Hicks, Strayer and Associates, Inc. before being renamed to Strayer Surveying and Mapping, Inc. in 1995, and it operated here in Venice until the asset purchase in 2022.
BPI continues the long-standing reputation Strayer Surveying established in the area as a full-service land surveying firm geared towards delivering high quality, accurate surveys while meeting the demanding timeframe of the commercial real estate and development world. We focus on the areas in which we have the most experience: commercial real estate, commercial land development, and residential and commercial coastal construction.
