BHT are an independent, multi-disciplinary firm of commercial Chartered Surveyors established in 1998, providing a national service from our central Leeds office.
We are a highly motivated and broad ranging team of 18, led by one of the founding partners David W Brackenridge BSc(Hons) MRICS, supported by 12 surveyors, 4 accounts managers and one secretary. We have 2 consultants; Clive Thomas FRICS based in London and W Robin Hanson FRICS based in North Yorkshire.
We deliver a professional, high quality proactive approach, tailoring services to meet individual needs and delivering solutions to both property owners and occupiers alike. Our aim is to build long-term relationships and to secure repeat business.
