Rhythmic Movement Training (RMTi) and the Safe & Sound Protocol are used to build connections in the brain to make life easier and help us feel safer in our world. RMTI can help us think more clearly and function to the best of our ability, making an RMTI a perfect workshop for a team away day with movements to take away for daily use (often less than 10 minutes) to maintain the improved level of performance.
