The COVID-19 pandemic, cost of living crisis and recession are all likely to be negatively impacting workforces’ wellbeing. A recent study by ASANA found that 70% of 10,000 workers asked reported that they had experienced burnout in the last year.

Brain · Body· Wealth is founded by Dr Gracie McLaven, Clinical Psychologist who has over 10 years of experience within the fields of mental health and psychology. Dr Gracie McLaven led and facilitated Staff Wellbeing campaigns, workshops, training and talks during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in a large London NHS trust and via a staff wellbeing app. The work undertaken in the NHS was put forward for a BMJ award, although sadly it didn’t win (but we think you’ll agree that being put forward was a huge compliment and it’s about taking part that counts, right?).
