Our senior management have worked in branded residential development since 2011 and as our name suggests our focus has primarily been in Asia, however more recently we have begun advising developers worldwide
We have access, to the worlds best luxury hotel brands, and many non hospitality luxury brands, from fashion houses to car makers.
Whilst a branding partner is vitally important, there are many other key factors to a successful branded residence. Understanding a developers priorities is the most important requirement for us.
