Brand Concierge is a B2B market network that opens doors to the top agencies around the world. We are innovating agency services & media spend by making them pay-as-you-go and removing the lock-ins. We cover the verticals of a full service creative agency - marketing, branding, PR & advertising. Our main innovations in the MAD Tech industry are Roadmaps and Agency Alliances. The project management platform is also loaded with stats. Roadmaps are online, pay-as-you-go marketing plans/campaigns filled with services/media created and delivered by agencies. They are built to achieve a business growth goal or a campaign target and can be tailored at any time. Roadmaps can be sold to multiple brands, have a price range of £2K-£100K and become a key way to up-sell a client. The services/media within a Roadmap are grouped into logical units of work within milestones. Each service has its own price, timeframe and list of deliverables, but to speed things up, we take a collective escrow like deposit on the milestone. After this initial sling shot forward, every milestone on each service is pay-as-you-go with touch of the button funding, invoicing & payment. Funds are only released on work that is complete/delivered and everyone on both sides can track progress and ROI. An Agency Alliance is a digital referral commission agreement between an agency and their supplier, which enables the supplier to post, complete and get paid for services/media supplied to a client on a referring agency’s Roadmap. Referral commission replaces mark-ups found in a traditional offline proposal, incentivising agencies to onboard their networks. We solve an industry problem of suppliers not getting paid on time.
