BrassiKot Overview

We are a kot-à-prjet from Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), a collective which has as goal to promote the production and the consumption of high-quality beer among the students and the inhabitants of Louvain-la-Neuve. In order to do so, we organize all along the academic year several activities focused on the degustation, the responsible consumption and the brewing. Among the different activities we organize: - Public brewing; - Thematic beer discovery packs; - A cheese&beer tasting assisted by a zythologist; - "La Brassicole", a two-days beer exhibition which attracts around 3000 people from Wallonia and Brussels. It has the purpose to let discover the brewing heritage as well as to give a showcase to Belgian and international small and medium breweries among the students and the inhabitants of Louvain-la-Neuve and the beer-lovers of Belgium.
