Founded in 2019 by passionate bakers Guillaume Etlin and Thierry Delabre, later joined by Matthias Arbion, Bro Bread Organization is committed to making sourdough bread accessible to all.
Our mission is to inspire and educate individuals on the intricate artistry and timeless tradition of sourdough baking.
Through our innovative training courses, we provide hands-on experience, expert guidance, and valuable insights into the nuances of sourdough breadmaking. 🥖
