Break Free Counseling Center is a growing telehealth group practice serving adults in Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Florida. We specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, panic and phobias using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Founded by Dr. Danielle Henderson, PsyD, LPC, Break Free was created for people who are tired of just “getting by” and are ready to live with more freedom, clarity, and confidence. Our clinicians provide warm, straightforward, evidence-based care that empowers clients to step out of avoidance and into the lives they want.
