Patrick T is a consultant who focuses on Outcome-Based Consulting, Keynote Speaking and Business Growth Strategies. It’s easy to get bogged down and stuck in processes, to-do lists, operations, techniques, things we did in the past that worked then, instead of the outcome or the desired result itself. When we focus on and visualize the desired result or outcome above all else, we don’t get stuck and attached to methods, techniques, to-dos, and things we assume still work but have become redundant, outdated, or ineffective. Are we or our team wasting time, effort, resources overburdened in old structures, processes, and ideas? It is time to throw off dead weight and renew a team’s thinking in a more efficient, lighter, creative way to be successful: outcome-based thinking. Most clients use this for customer or client acquisition or closing sales. Some use it for internal training and/or motivation for their team members. Patrick T uses a three-step process: 1. Discovery call or session to determine and engrave in the minds of all stake holders a daunting specific outcome you want to achieve for business growth or expansion or capital infusion. The outcome must be daunting because if the goal is not big enough to instill fear to pull us out of our comfort zone it’s too small and will not tap into the deepest wells of our creativity and resourcefulness. 2. We design an event, a keynote or a strategy tailored to the specific outcome, often using fresh ideas from classic business books. 3. We execute the event, keynote, or strategy in the most effective way. If it’s strategy, we instill ownership in the team members for example. If it’s a keynote we find the best format for delivering the talk (allow for questions, downtime to process the ideas, a group session, one on one closing of a client, etc.) Patrick T’s outcome-based method has helped clients 2x, 5x and 10x efficiencies and results, and produced an exponential and lasting effect on desired results.
