We’ve brought together a community of passionate and knowledgeable teachers to provide over fifty classes a week. Quality instruction is provided across a diverse offering of dynamic yoga. This includes vinyasa, hatha, alignment-based yoga, flow classes, pilates, dance, aerial, energetic arts, and there is also therapeutic yoga including gentle, restorative, yin and Yoga Tune Up (ball rolling classes). In addition, we offer various free yoga classes.
