Hi I’m Brenda Watson. Whether in my clinics, lecturing across the country, or through my many books, PBS specials or nutritional formulas, I’ve helped tens of thousands of people understand and take control of their gut health over the last two decades. How did I get to where I am today?
From a young age into my 20s, I suffered from constipation, bloating, fatigue, and headaches. After so many years with no relief from traditional means, I got curious about natural approaches and microbiome science and finally turned my health around.
I went on to get a formal education in nutritional health, herbology, and mind body therapy. This newfound passion for natural health coupled with my desire to help others led me to start several natural digestive care and cleansing clinics where I formulated products and protocols for specific issues and regularly collaborated with integrative and functional medicine doctors.
The tremendous results I saw with my clients inspired my life’s mission - to educate and empower people on a broader scale with easy, effective solutions that really make a difference.
I founded Brenda Watson Media to reach a much wider audience. I’ve published 11 books on digestive health including several NY Times best-sellers and hosted 7 PBS health specials plus a series called Natural Health Breakthroughs. I’ve also been a guest on local and national TV shows such as Good Morning America, The View, Dr. Oz and more. I regularly do consumer lectures and retailer trainings across the country and my passion to educate is as strong as ever.
