Bridge Law Ltd was set up to support solicitors (and indeed lawyers from across the legal profession) in the delivery of their professional service. We provide Coaching and advice to solicitors on enhancing their professional service, so as to increase customer satisfaction, and avoid complaints.

The individuals at Bridge Law draw on an impressive array of knowledge and skills gained from successful and varied careers within The Legal Complaints Service and its predecessors. We have over 25 Years experience gained in senior technical positions working for the regulator – resolving complaints & disputes between solicitors and their clients. We are also CPD accredited, so we are able to provide CPD points for the training we provide in Professional Service Excellence.
We believe in providing a friendly, tailored service in a safe, secure environment where solicitors and lawyers are able to develop the skills they need to pro-actively manage their own service delivery, rather than being reactive to complaints of poor service.
