The Bridge2Naukri programme is an aspiring livelihood linkage programme of Development Alternatives. Its aim is to reach out to all active job seekers who are looking for suitable job or apprenticeship opportunities across geographies and sectors. It also engages with employers from various sectors and helps them in hiring skilled candidates, ultimately improving the quality of the workforce and decreasing unemployment/attrition rates to some extent. This digital platform enables youth to access entry-level jobs and apprenticeship opportunities across sectors like Retail, IT/ITES, Telecom, Tourism & Hospitality, Beauty & Wellness, and Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), among others, in locations such as Delhi NCR, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, at various job roles, such as Retail Trainee Associate, Assistant Beauty Therapist, Field Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Counter Management, etc., while helping them achieve their career objectives. The Bridge2Naukri platform also offers learning opportunities to job seekers through our Innovative Internet Course Curriculum on aspects of job preparedness, including pre and post-placement counselling, livelihood preparedness, interview readiness, digital and financial literacy, etc., while providing assistance through a toll-free call centre facility.
