The mission of Bridge of Hope BuxMont:
To engage our community in ending and preventing homelessness for single mothers and children in Bucks & Montgomery counties through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ’s love.
Bridge of Hope BuxMont assists single mothers and their children facing homelessness in Bucks or Montgomery County. We support women to help secure and maintain permanent housing by providing:
- One-on-One Case Management
- Budgeting and Financial Education
- Goal Planning
- Connections to Services
- Resource Development
- Life Skills
- Parenting Support
- Neighborhood Volunteer Support
- Appropriate level of financial assistance for rent
Families are stronger, healthier and more successful when they are in their own home. Homelessness/housing insecurity have long-lasting traumatic effects on mothers and children. Our goal in working alongside single mothers and their children is to have a lasting impact and positive change for both generations.
