It’s the colour you can add to consumers lives through tailored creations that they need and desire that really gets me out of bed in the morning. I help companies unlock the secrets of consumer behaviour and translate them into successful strategies and practical business solutions.
Throughout my career, I have led projects that dive deep into the brand world and its voice, translating these & insights into products that truly showcase and elevate the brand across all senses. I have led high-profile transformational innovation projects, with a specific focus on packaging, to identify guiding stars that steer businesses in the right direction for the next 15 years.
Beyond experience design, I am also passionate about mentoring individuals. I truly believe that by creating a fun atmosphere we can get the best out of people enabling them to connect, collaborate and create ideas that work. Having line managed and mentored numerous people, from designers to technical packaging people I enjoy helping people reach their goals.
