Every class at Brighton Pilates Studio is taught under close supervision and tailored to the client’s individual needs. Our instructors are highly qualified with a wealth of experience, particularly in post-rehabilitative care. Our timetable offers over 40 classes a week in a variety of ways to experience Pilates; studio equipment, mat work, Garuda, and ‘off the wall’, a new workout exclusive to Brighton Pilates Studio. Alongside these classes, we have treatments such as myofascial release, hot stone massage and acupuncture.
