BrightSide offers medical billing services for solo and group practices, along with training for providers and employees to manage their own billing and consulting to help providers improve their processes and better understand how insurance works. We work in most EHRs and can help with set up for providers moving into a new EHR. We're familiar with the major insurance companies, as well as Oregon Medicaid.
Another service we offer is insurance credentialing and contracting. Whether a provider is new to insurance or are moving to a new location, we can help! Our services are for full credentialing management or credentialing training, depending on how involved the provider wants to be in the process.
