Brooklyn Yoga Project is not just another yoga studio. It is an intimate, boutique-style space offering heated, low-heat and unheated vinyasa flow, yin, Iyengar-inspired and restorative yoga classes. Our highly experienced instructors not only teach this practice, they live it, breathe it and embody what yoga is - union, enlightenment and tranquility. Along with the Asana practice, Brooklyn Yoga Project offers workshops, teacher trainings and community gatherings where the eight limbs of yoga are studied, shared and celebrated.
