Guided by Jesuit principles, the Brophy Community Foundation's mission is to ensure that Arizona K-12 students with verified financial need can afford a quality private school education. Brophy Community Foundation (BCF) is an independent non-profit school tuition organization (STO) incorporated in 1998 in response to the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Law of 1997 (A.R.S. Section 43-1089). This law allows Arizona taxpayers to donate up to $1459 if single, or $2910 if married filing jointly (2024 maximums), to a STO, such as BCF and receive a dollar-for-dollar Arizona income tax credit for their donation. Donations made by April 15, 2025, qualify for a 2024 tax credit. Corporations (C&S) and insurance companies may also receive a 100% Arizona income tax credit for their contributions to the Brophy Community Foundation. There is no limit to the amount of this contribution, but there is a $135M annual statewide cap available on July 1, 2024 If your business would like to inquire about making a corporate tax credit please contact Dawn Kennedy at dkennedy@brophyprep.org. Arizona Department of Revenue approves corporate contributions on a first come, first served basis.
