Having incorporated coaching into my strategy consulting work for over 12 years through my strategy consultancy business, and seen the incredibly positive effects this had for my clients and their teams, in late 2021 I shifted to focus specifically on coaching and mentoring.
In support of this I have underpinned my years of practical experience with the ABM Foundation in Business Mentoring qualification and the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
I work with clients in leadership roles across a range of organisations from SMEs to charities, as well as working as a Business Mentor on the UK Government's Help to Grow SME growth accelerator programme.
