B-sthenos is a sports group that meets for outdoor training ( Street Workout ). Carries out this activity under the principles of healthy lifestyle, fun, integration and solidarity. Anyone is invited to practice this sport, no matter where you come from. The purpose of B-sthenos, is to continue the social line and make young people aware of the importance of doing exercise normally to get the positive impact of this on their lives through helping them to develop skills and values related with self-confidence, self-esteem, discipline, organization, perseverance, empathy, among other values. B-sthenos rises due to the needs of young people to find a space where they can see a way out of a situation of disappointment because of the difficult times we are going through because of the crisis. B-sthenos' impact on young people both nationally and internationally, so this pushes us to improve and overcome every day to continue working with and for their community. Therefore, B-sthenos is trying to find ways to carry out future projects, among which: - Plan of improvement parks for practicing Street Workout in Brussels - Developing events to promote this sport and their values.
