Budhi Care

Budhi was a digital solution for incorporating micro-health habits into employees' routines, promoting increased well-being and team engagement. During its operation, it achieved 94% of participants active daily in the journey, resulting in a 19% reduction in stress levels, a 9% reduction in signs of anxiety and depression, and a 20% increase in overall well-being. (Results measured through scientifically validated health questionnaires.) Budhi is no longer in operation, but it left a legacy that makes us proud, both for the companies and employees who experienced this journey with us, and for us as well, as we fulfilled ourselves professionally and learned a lot too. ;) Founders: Cristina Boiajian & Gabriela Sznifer
