Building Wellness Taranaki is an industry-led initiative that is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the construction community in Taranaki. Our purpose is to drive a culture shift in the construction sector and to reduce the high rates of suicide in the industry.
We provide evidence-based training and resources to workers, leaders and businesses that help to build knowledge and skills around mental fitness, and we offer a range of support services to connect individuals and businesses to relevant support networks.
At Building Wellness Taranaki, we believe that everyone deserves access to the resources and support they need to be well. By opening up conversations around mental health and wellbeing, we are helping to break down barriers and reduce the stigma that often surrounds these issues.
