The Bulat Utemuratov Foundation was founded in 2014 by Bulat Utemuratov.
The Foundation implements large-scale and systematic projects in the fields of education, healthcare, culture, social infrastructure and emergency assistance.
The Foundation’s first project is “Autism. One World for All,” aimed at developing and implementing a support system to improve the quality of life of children with autism spectrum disorders.
Across the last decade, 13 Asyl Miras autism centers have opened in 12 cities across Kazakhstan. In that time, over 16 000 children received assistance under 6 intervention programs.
