Binghamton University Marketing Association, best known as BUMA, is a co-curricular club that offers students of all majors the opportunity to learn about marketing and develop their marketing skills.
BUMA hosts a number of events each semester, including networking sessions, guest speaker meetings, and projects with local businesses, to expose students to the many opportunities available in Marketing. The club's newest event, Marketing Night lets students connect with employers from major marketing firms, and increases the presence of marketing on Binghamton University's campus.
In terms of community outreach, BUMA looks to aid community projects in need of marketing or rebranding, to not only help the local community, but also gain hands on experience in marketing.
By creating a network of students and alumni with a shared interest in this field, BUMA hopes to help its members have passion in their professional goals and achieve great success in their future!
