Bushra Tsai Inc. (formerly Ajit S. Randhava & Assoc. Inc.), Consulting Structural Engineers, has been in full operation since February 7, 1979 and is a duly registered corporation with headquarters in Anaheim, California. Our principals have shared common years of engineering experience in the structural design, production and coordination of a wide variety of projects. We have completed or are presently undertaking projects such as distribution warehouses, freezers, commercial centers, mid-rise office and medical buildings, parking structures, industrial and manufacturing buildings, and shopping centers. Our main specialty is in retail shopping centers, grocery markets, industrial warehouse buildings, industrial manufacturing buildings and office buildings. Direct principal involvement and leadership has characterized its growth through the years. A technical staff of experienced Engineers, Designers, and CAD Technicians boosts the organization. A computer system supplements our engineering capabilities with the use of ETABS, Ram Structural System, Risa and Enercalc. Auto CAD, a computer - aided design and drafting system (CAD) and high volume in house plotter further enhances our production process.
