Business Organisation System Overview

BOS gives SMEs the foundations to build strong, secure and lasting success. When investing in SMEs, we saw that many good quality SMEs lacked the right organisation for growth. It's a natural consequence of their evolution. Unless time is taken to build the right organisation, growth is going to be suppressed and risk unnecessarily increased. Remarkably, we could not find a readily available, effective solution. So, we built one based mainly on several successful US models - where, as ever, they are 5-10 years ahead of the game. From this work, we researched, adapted and improved various tools to build an easy and quick system specifically for UK SMEs. It took us two years of careful thinking, development and validation. From implementing it, we see BOS enables SMEs to build substantial extra value to their business in double-quick time. Our work focuses on SMEs employing 30 - 2000 people where the leadership wants to scale, overcome issues that are suppressing growth or to properly prepare for future succession. The BOS system seeks to harness the power created from having: ➢ a strong common purpose and business culture ➢ well formulated and co-ordinated processes ➢ team work where people are aligned, focused and motivated ➢ forward visibility of the business' underlying performance ➢ dynamic customer communities.
