Founded by Bobby van Druff and Martin Hojny, BVDMH brings together technical expertise and hospitality design to transform sports team’s operational aspirations into highly functional spaces. Recognizing every team is driven by individual performance, BVDMH specialises in creating human-centred high performance environments at the campus, building, or individual office level.
Bobby brings 20 years of experience across Formula One and multiple Ivy League Universities with an in-depth understanding of campus development and highly technical facilities. At Mercedes Formula One he developed and implemented a 6 year renovation of the primary factory while it maintained full operations. In addition, he identified and oversaw multiple real estate transactions to purchase the freehold and 4 adjacent sites. The expansion enabled a campus-wide redevelopment that will convert the parking-dominated industrial site into a human centred pedestrian campus.
Martin has an extensive background in architectural and interior design for hospitality and residential spaces. His design work includes several new resorts for one of the most exclusive hotel chains in the world as well as large residential properties in Provence, St. Tropez and London. Martin’s specialises in creating spaces which reflect the occupants unique identity, culture and history.
