Byz Boost is a bookkeeping and business support service assisting small to medium size businesses on the sunshine coast. We have 2 principle functions, bookkeeping and business improvement. Our aims are to a) take away the stress of bookkeeping, payroll and BAS/PAYG preparation for other businesses, and b) help local businesses improve their business performance by working smarter, not harder. In a time poor business environment, Byz Boost aims to provide resources and skills which will allow its clients to focus on growing their business rather than administering it.
Jo Harrison has been working in the business world for 25 years with a varied and full career path.
Now, Jo has enhanced her finance skills to become a qualified and registered bookkeeper. This, however, is only one arrow in Jo’s quiver. She has a exceptional experience in supply chain management, mainly in the areas of inventory management and demand / supply planning, establishing formal processes, driving process improvement and documenting these for various companies. Quality management was an extremely high priority at Kodak Australia. It was there that Jo trained to drive quality management improvements and teach others these principles.
